Roctech Engineering Services Limited (RES) was established in August 2019 in Kitwe on the Copperbelt. It is a company wholly owned by Zambians who previously worked for years in multinational Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) companies which were doing business with the mining companies.
The owners of the company wanted to take advantage of the government’s encouragement for local participation in the Zambian economy by setting up an engineering company that can compete with foreign engineering companies.
To be the preferred local supplier of goods, services, solutions and dynamic strategic partnerships in mining engineering, country development, manufacturing and related service sectors.
